A Master's Accreditation For Christ - CLASS OF 2025

Pioneer, leader, superior, the chosen, the mighty, the indisputable, the commander, the host of the king, a man of order, loyal, a maestro of service, a person of great influence and character, brave, obedient to God, wise, faithful, humble, and loving.

That was Naaman, with all his greatness, He had a “but of leprosy” and so do we. Each of us must identify and work on our “but” instead of spending our energy elsewhere. Being a Master Guide is not just about wearing a uniform; it is a lifetime commitment to serve the Lord.

If we are to be like Naaman, we must possess the character of a winner. Winners train hard even for their debut day encounters. And as Master Guides, remember: the mission is not about the combat or the attire we wear, Pride and a sense of superiority should never define us.

Being a master guide to be entrusted not only to lead others but to guide them towards heaven. That is now the primary mission. Be true, be obedient, and take Christ as your King. Go forward with courage and reverence, dedicating your life to service. And above all, strengthen your spiritual life because leadership without a strong walk with God cannot stand.

Those were the words of the presiding officer Master Guide Luwaga Joshua, during the Kyanja district Master Guide Investiture Ceremony. Anchored in 2 Kings 5:1  This day marked the end of a dedicated study journey of over two years. After months of hard work, endurance, and spiritual growth, it was finally accreditation time for 19 learner that managed to commit this fur.

During the ceremony Master Guide Luwaga Joshua reminded accredited guides that: “The church is now in their hands to take full responsibility with integrity.”

The day was also filled with celebration  from the vibrant brass band march to flag raising ceremony.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to all the new Master Guides for their perseverance and for making it this far. What stood out even more inspiring was, among the graduates were couples and even 70 year olds who had completed the journey.

It leaves us with a question: If they could do it, what excuse do you have?
